Robert B. Gahagan - Bio

Bob is the founder, CEO and President of CCSI - Corporate Consulting Services, Inc., in Oakton, Virginia. CCSI provides strategic planning; communication, business development, and contracting strategies; as well as training and coaching to government and commercial contractors. CCSI’s clients range from $2M to $60B revenues.

Prior to founding CCSI, Bob spent 25 years with 4 divisions of the IBM Corporation involved in government contracting and commercial products and services development, strategic planning, program management and training.

Bob is an adjunct Small Business Counselor at the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) Center at the Mason Enterprise Center (MEC) in Fairfax, VA., where he has assisted more than 500 companies over the past four years. He is also a regular instructor at the MEC, where he has trained over 600 adult students in Responding to Government Requests for Proposal (RFP).
