Michelle Mock

  • Michelle Mock is the owner and Principal Consultant of Collaborative Thinking, Conflict Management Services, LLC and assists individuals and organizations in conflict resolution and effective communication processes. Ms. Mock's firm provides vital services to individuals and corporations in leadership coaching, team coaching, mediation, and facilitation.
  • Ms Mock has over 20 years experience in management, organizational development, and sales with Fortune 50 companies providing services and products to Federal Government clients.
  • She served for 5 years as a mediator and EEO investigator for clients including DHS, US Department Interior, US Geological Survey, and numerous other Federal Agencies mediating employee disputes.

Collaborative Thinking, Conflict Management Services is founded on the principle that conflict, when properly embraced and managed, can be the impetus for positive change and vitality for both individuals and organizations.

  • As a leadership coach, Ms. Mock partners with leaders to assess their professional and personal goals and identify strategies for achievement. She coaches teams on processes and approaches that result in greater performance and effectiveness.
  • She facilitates meetings and retreats for long range planning and team building, resulting in improved focus and communication at all levels within organizations.
  • She mediates workplace disputes with her blend of sensitivity and integrity in order to help individuals identify mutually agreeable solutions.
