Step II Modify the Baseline Model
Modify the baseline value model to create separate value models for:
- 10% increase in design costs
- 10% increase in construction costs
- 10% decrease in performance (last 2 years of construction and three years thereafter)
- 12 month start delay
- 12 month construction schedule slip
