Craft Brewery Operations
Short Narrative/Description:
- We will be discussing “quality” as it relates to the brewing process and quality control. We will also touch on starting a brewing operation and finding customers.
- Keep in mind that this a brewery and not a restaurant. The front part of the brewery is finished, but not polished. This will be a casual event and the meal will be served on paper and not china. Brewers tend to be are good talkers and Lost Rhino does have some good beer!
- You can join us for dinner (see menu) at $20 or just beer tasting at $10. Due to the nature of the event we ask all attendees to prepay (there will be no program-only option) using our online web forms. We will need to submit the number of attendees by Friday, 20 January 2012, so we will stop accepting reservations as of noon that day.

To register for this dinner meeting and presentation at the reduced rate of $20 use our on-line registration form or submit a preauthorization charge form by Noon, Friday 20 January 2012. Cost for dinner is $20.00 per person or $10 for just the beer tasting, please prepay and make your reservations by the deadline. To register for the section meeting program please either use our on line reservation form or the preauthorization charge form. For this meeting there is not a no-charge option to attend just the presentation. If your plans change, please contact arrangements13@asq0511.org, and let us know.
