ASQ 0511 - Voice of the Customer

Hello Section 0511 members,

My name is Mike Beckner and I will be serving as your Voice of the Customer for 2025. My goals during my time in this role are to:

• Address Sections member's needs as well as Section growth and improvement.
• Work with the Section Leadership Committee (SLC) to:
  • Increase Section membership retention.
  • Incentivize Section members to volunteer.
  • Increase participation in the Section's monthly events.
