Tim Shrum

Speaker Background:

Tim is a senior project manager and seasoned quality management professional with Primescape Solutions. He brings over 28 years of experience to both private sector and government clients. He has supported the full systems’ life cycle through the rigorous application of quality assurance, testing, project management and process improvement. He successfully established all aspects of an international User Acceptance testing program. He has guided the implementation of processes, practices and policies which resulted in organizations being assessed at Maturity Level III and Capability Level IV in the verification process area. Tim is currently supporting the Department of Homeland Security and is responsible for guiding the client in all aspects of process improvement. He also delivers services in the areas of human resources, asset management and financial management, and is helping the client to formulate Project Management and Lifecycle Management solutions. Tim began his career with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and has also worked for Northrop Grumman, Cable and Wireless, and QinetiQ North America. He holds a PMP certification and resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and son.
