Speaker Background:

In July 2013, Robert Mitchell was named the Director, Strategic Planning, for the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General (OIG). He reports to the Deputy Inspector General. Immediately prior to becoming the Director, Strategic Planning, Mr. Mitchell was the OIG’s Deputy Director, Audit Operations.
