Members and guests are cordially invited to a guided educational tour of Hillwood Estate Museum and Gardens this July. Nestled in northwest Washington, D.C., Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens offers visitors a glimpse into the elegance and vision of Marjorie Merriweather Post. Purchased by Post in 1955, the estate became both her private residence and a future museum created to educate and inspire the public. Today, Hillwood is celebrated for its remarkable collection of Russian imperial art, eighteenth-century French decorative arts, and beautifully preserved historic interiors. Beyond the mansion, visitors can explore twenty-five acres of gardens and woodlands, including a French parterre, Japanese-style garden, rose garden, and peaceful walking paths. Whether you come for art, history, gardens, or quiet inspiration, Hillwood offers a timeless experience that blends cultural refinement with natural beauty. .
